Happy K-Halloween Celebration!

Join us -- and the ghoulish hordes of local college students trolling Embassy Row -- for a special 'Happy K-Halloween' open house celebration at the KCC this Friday, October 31! Offering up the latest K-Pop music, Korean sweets and treats, and a free performance by acclaimed Korean pianist Somang Jeagal at 3 pm! No RSVP required -- just wear your favorite Halloween costume! 

Also, don't miss Somang Jaegal's free performance with Avanti Orchestra at the Kennedy Center's Terrace Theatre on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 7:30 pm, presented by the Friday Morning Music Club.

Somang Jeagal recently received the top prize at the 2014 Washington International Competition for Piano, sponsored by the Friday Morning Music Club Foundation. Having graduated from Seoul Arts High School and Seoul National University with a degree in music, Somang Jeagal is currently pursuing an arts degree at the USC Thornton School of Music. He will perform at the Kennedy Center Terrace Center on November 5th at 7:30 pm.
