Byun Jae-wook (Hwang Jung-min) is a hotheaded prosecutor, respected for his dogged pursuit of the truth and notorious for his aggressive investigations. When a small-time cruminal he interrogates is found dead, all evidence points to Jae-wook, who receives a 15-year sentence. Five years on, Jae-wook practically runs the prison from inside when he meets a young fraudster, Chi-won (Kang Dong-won), who knows something about Jae-wook's case. The unlikely parteners devise a scheme to free them both, but can they trust one another long enough to make a case?
